In this role, you'll be working side by side with our Wholesale Operations Manager to help keep things running smoothly — from managing the full order lifecycle and monitoring inventory levels to supporting vendor relationships and ensuring seamless communication across internal teams. The Role:
Work closely with our Wholesale Ops Manager on overseeing the lifecycle of orders, invoicing, and inventory levels.
Help monitor and track backorders, flagging any potential delays with the operations team.
Assist in inventory levels and ensure stock within dropship channels. Provide additional support with ATS requests and allocation in both Google and Excel sheets.
Perform order maintenance functions, including order cancellations, adjustments, and re-order entry.
Monitor shipping timelines for drop shipments and hard orders, making sure SLA windows are met.
Support onboarding of new wholesale accounts, including collecting required forms and documentation, and organizing them in Dropbox.
Serve as an additional contact for wholesale partners, providing customer service support for damaged goods, missing items, or incorrect shipments.
Help review invoices and flag any late payments with the wholesale ops manager to avoid late fees and/or penalties.
Work cross-functionally with the accounting team to provide additional resources to address payments and deductions.
Monitor vendor portals, ensuring proper order transmission between the ERP and EDI systems. Flag to the Wholesale Ops Manager and the Systems Operations Manager any discrepancies and issues found.
Continue to organize and maintain vendor documents, making them accessible for wholesale and operational teams.
You:
Proficiency with ERP systems(e.g. Netsuite).
Worked with EDI systems and processes.

The expected starting salary range is $65,000-$70,000.
We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.
