Events Manager
We’re looking for an experienced, highly organized, and community-minded Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of our in-store and offsite events. This role owns the end-to-end event process—from concept and logistics through on-site execution and post-event analysis—and serves as the central point of contact across Creative, Operations, and external partners.
This is a hands-on, highly visible role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds strong relationships, and brings calm, confident leadership to every event. You’ll manage a high volume of events with significant travel and operate as a one-person function, requiring both strategic thinking and strong executional skills.
The Role:
Own the conception, creative direction, planning and execution of 2–4 events per month, including in-store activations, brand events, partnerships, and offsite experiences
Partner closely with Creative and Operations teams to align on event vision, timelines, and logistics, ensuring all needs are met seamlessly
Lead event logistics end-to-end, including budgets, timelines, run of show, staffing, travel, shipping, and on-site coordination
Create clear and compelling event documentation, including agendas, overviews, proposals, and event portfolios
Serve as the on-site lead and subject-matter expert during events, troubleshooting in real time and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish
Build and maintain strong vendor and partner relationships, negotiating services and managing contracts to ensure quality and value
Manage cross-functional communication before, during, and after events to ensure alignment and accountability
Evaluate event performance and impact, preparing post-event recaps and insights to inform future planning
Act as the sole owner of the events function, bringing structure, consistency, and continuous improvement to the program
You:
5–8 years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, or event operations
A natural relationship-builder—extroverted, personable, and comfortable engaging with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously
Calm, adaptable, and solutions-oriented under pressure
Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident working independently in a one-person department while collaborating cross-functionally
Comfortable with frequent travel and hands-on, on-site execution
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving instincts
Basic design skills (e.g., creating simple decks or visual materials) are a plus
Ability to conceptualize on-brand and compelling event ideas.
The expected starting salary range is $90,000-$100,000
We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
